A treasure of your own

Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted by Evangeline using ancient techniques. Over the course of several weeks, Evangeline will work with you to bring your design to life, sending regular updates of the process.

The conversation
- We start with a discussion about the design you’d like me to create, and the materials to incorporate. The more information and references you provide, the better. If you have a budget in mind, please let me know initially and I can let you know what is possible.
- I’ll send you a quote based on your material and design selections.
The carving
- To confirm your order, I require a 50% deposit before starting the making process.
- Any gemstones used in the piece will be sourced and pre-approved by you.
- The first stage of the making process is carving your design out of wax. The wax carving process can take anywhere from one day to one month, entirely depending on the complexity of the design.
- During this stage, you will be asked for feedback on updated versions of the carving.
The casting
- Once the wax model is perfected, the remaining sum is requested before casting.
- Your piece is then cast into metal using the lost-wax casting method.
- The piece will be polished to your liking, stones set where needed, and finishing touches added.
- After you make the final approval, the treasure will be shipped to you!
